Frequently asked questions

How are classes conducted?

All classes are live and 1-on-1 on Google Meet, joined straight from your Google Classroom — where your materials, homework and feedback also live. No commuting, no rigid schedules.

Who teaches the classes?

All classes are taught personally by Chirag Rao — CELTA-certified and the sole instructor at OmniConnect. You will always get direct, personalised attention, never a substitute.

Why do you emphasise CEFR?

CEFR gives us a universal framework that covers every stage: onboarding, screening, curriculum crafting, goal-setting, progress tracking, and celebrating results. It's the gold standard — and we use it fully.

Which course is right for me?

Take the free English level test first — it points you to the right course. As a guide: A1–A2 learners start with Cambridge English (A2 Key pathway). At B1, choose the Grammar Bootcamp for accuracy or Spoken English for fluency and confidence. From B2, IELTS for study or migration abroad, or a Cambridge qualification for career and recognition.

Do I need any prior experience?

Not at all. Our free level test means we can work with learners at any level — beginners (A1–A2) start on the Cambridge English pathway, and advanced learners (C1/C2) can aim for Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency.

What is included in the course fee?

All fees include personalised 1-on-1 live lessons, a custom CEFR-aligned learning plan, milestone progress reviews, and all materials in Google Classroom. IELTS also includes full mock tests — IELTS students need to buy the Cambridge IELTS practice books (14–18), and Cambridge English students one official practice test book for their exam, separately. Exam fees (IELTS or Cambridge) are paid directly to the exam centre.
