Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information OmniConnect Language Institute (run by Chirag Rao) collects, why, and how we protect it. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry form and chat: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, the course you're interested in and your message.
- Placement test: your name, email, answers and results.
- Daily puzzles: your email address if you ask for the free explainer, and whether you agreed to course news. Your puzzle progress is stored only in your own browser.
- Students: lesson schedules, homework and progress notes.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment but never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Website usage: Google Analytics collects anonymous information such as pages visited and device type, using cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send your test results and arrange your consultation
- To deliver your course, schedule lessons and track progress
- To send the puzzle explainers you asked for
- To send course news and offers, only if you agreed
- To improve our website and courses
We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we use to run OmniConnect, and only as needed: Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Google Analytics), Netlify (website hosting), FormSubmit (website form delivery) and Razorpay (payments). These providers may store data outside India.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and test results: up to 2 years. Student records: up to 3 years after your course ends. Puzzle email lists: until you unsubscribe. Payment records: as long as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to emails at any time. Email headoffice@omniconnectli.net, or use our unsubscribe page for puzzle and marketing emails. We reply within 7 days.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Children
Learners under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission to enrol, and the parent or guardian provides consent for their data.
