Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. That's why every course starts with a free placement test and a free 30-minute consultation, so you know the course is right for you before you pay.
Cancelling your course

| Before your first lesson | Full refund of the course fee |
| Within 14 days of your first lesson | Refund for all unused lessons (course fee ÷ number of lessons × lessons not yet taken) |
| More than 14 days after your first lesson | No refund. You can still use your remaining lessons within the course period. |
To cancel, email headoffice@omniconnectli.net from the email address you enrolled with.
Rescheduling lessons
- Reschedule any lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, count as taken.
- If we cancel a lesson, we will always offer you another time at no cost. If we cannot continue your course for any reason, we will refund all unused lessons.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take a further 5–7 working days to show the money in your account.
What we cannot refund
- Practice-test books, which you buy from a bookseller
- Exam fees, which you pay directly to the exam centre
