These terms apply when you use omniconnectli.net, take our free placement test or puzzles, or enrol on a course with OmniConnect Language Institute ("OmniConnect", "we", "us"), an online English coaching service run by Chirag Rao. By paying for a course you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide live, 1-on-1 online English lessons (IELTS Preparation, Cambridge English, Spoken English and Grammar Bootcamp), delivered on Google Meet with materials shared through Google Classroom. Course content, length and fees are shown on our Pricing page. The placement test, daily puzzles and consultation are free.

2. Enrolment and payment

• You enrol by paying the full course fee through the secure payment link we send you. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
• Your place is confirmed when payment is received. We email confirmation and your Google Classroom invitation within 24 hours.
• Fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are fixed for your course once paid.

3. Lessons and scheduling

• Lesson times are agreed between you and your teacher. Lessons last 60 minutes.
• You can reschedule a lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, count as taken.
• If we need to cancel or move a lesson, we will offer another time at no cost to you.
• Courses should be completed within the course length plus 4 weeks. Unused lessons after that time may expire unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Your responsibilities

• Have a working internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a Google account for Google Meet and Google Classroom.
• Buy any required official practice-test books, and pay any exam fees directly to the exam provider.
• Treat your teacher with courtesy. We may end a course without refund in cases of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.

5. Learners under 18

Learners under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian, who must agree to these terms and make the payment.

6. Results

We teach to help you reach your target level or score, but exam results depend on many factors, including your own practice. We do not guarantee a particular IELTS band, Cambridge grade or exam result. OmniConnect is an independent teaching service and is not affiliated with Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the British Council or IDP.

7. Course materials

Materials we provide are for your personal study only. Please do not copy, share or resell them.

8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Liability

Our total liability to you for any course is limited to the fee you paid for that course. We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services such as Google Meet.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applied when you paid applies to your course.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
